Effective Assistant the gelling of overbased Calcium Sulphonate grease, normally level of use is less than 1% of the final grease. It assists the activators and water reaching the calcium carbonate to bring about phase transition to crystalline form, thus reducing gel time and promoting complete conversion of the amorphous form.

Trimellitate esters find wide application as lubricants, providing a combination of features including superior thermal, hydrolytic and oxidative stability. Typical applications include high temperature oven and chain lubricants. The products have low viscosity index, but are responsive to blending with selected VI improvers.
