REACH  (Registration,  Evaluation,  Authorization  and  Restriction  of  Chemicals) is a regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals. The REACH  regulation  became effective on June 1, 2007 and phased in by May 2018.

Synovelle’s products do not currently contain substances listed on the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern or the Authorisation List, both as published by the ECHA on its website on the date of this statement, in excess of the applicable legal thresholds; and all substances contained in our products are currently in compliance with the current conditions and restrictions of Annex XVII of the REACH regulations.

Synovelle will endeavour to update or modify this REACH Compliance Statement accordingly should any changes occur in the composition of Synovelle’s products or the REACH regulations, including the addition of any substances to the SVHC Candidate List, the Authorisation List or Annex XVII of the REACH regulations
